For the 'folio..
The images are in relation to Funeral For A Friend - Casually Dressed... Album cover. I was listening away in my boyfriends house and thought, what a cool idea . I suppose the approach i was going for was a man on his own, secluded from the outside world, outdated and old fashioned. Desperate to see the new world but can't step outside his door... We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Nothing is ever truly original.
The fact that the figure has his head bandaged skews or hides his identity from the viewer.
The bandages almost dehumanize the figure and the composition, in itself, reinforces the focus on him.
Very eerie
